1. The products

Northgrade sells digital template kits for freelancers and independent professionals — including proposal, scope-of-work, invoice, payment-terms, and client-onboarding documents — delivered electronically as PDF guides and editable files (DOCX / XLSX). Each purchase is a one-time payment; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

2. License & permitted use

Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to use the templates for your own freelance business, including adapting them for documents you send to your own clients. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publish the files or their contents, in whole or in part, in any form — including in template marketplaces, free resource libraries, or paid bundles. Each buyer must purchase their own license.

3. Delivery

Files are delivered digitally, immediately after payment: a download page opens after checkout and a personal download link is sent to the email address provided at purchase. Links remain valid for one (1) year. If your link expires or you lose access, email us from your purchase address and we will reissue access after verifying your order. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to save your files somewhere safe.

4. Payments

Prices are listed at checkout and processed securely by our payment partner, Bachs. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or currency-conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Refund policy — all sales final

All sales are final. Our products are digital goods made available to you instantly. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once access to the files has been made available, you waive any right of withdrawal, return, or exchange to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, failure to download, or incompatibility with software versions, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you cannot access your files, a download link fails, or you were charged in error, email [email protected] — we will always make sure you receive what you paid for, and we resolve genuine access issues within 2 business days.

6. Not legal advice

Our templates are practical business documents provided for general informational purposes. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice, and using them does not create a lawyer–client relationship. Laws vary by jurisdiction — for a binding contract tailored to your situation, have a qualified professional review your final documents.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the products or our systems: no attempting to bypass access controls or download mechanisms, no sharing download links or tokens publicly, no automated scraping of the delivery system, and no use of the templates for unlawful purposes. We may revoke access without refund where this license is breached.

8. Intellectual property

All content, files, designs, and materials sold or provided by Northgrade remain the intellectual property of Northgrade. Your purchase conveys the limited license in Section 2 only; no ownership rights are transferred.

9. Limitation of liability

The products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We make no guarantee of any business outcome — client wins, payment speed, or revenue — from using the templates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
