Overview

Northgrade ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use northgrade.top or buy our digital products, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. We collect the minimum needed to run the store — nothing more.

Information we collect

Information you give us — when you buy a product or contact us:

• Email address (used to deliver your files and receipts)
• Name (if provided at checkout, used to personalize your receipt)
• Order details (which product you bought and when)
• Any message you send to our support email

Information collected automatically — standard technical data:

• Download events (file name and timestamp) for order fulfillment records
• Basic device and browser data for site security and performance

Payment information — we never see or store your card number. Payments are processed entirely by our payment partner, Bachs, under their own privacy policy.

How we use it

• Deliver your purchased files and send receipts
• Respond to support requests and re-issue download links
• Prevent fraud and resolve payment disputes (fulfillment records)
• Send product updates you purchased (e.g., a revised template)
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Third-party processors

We use a small number of trusted services to run the store. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service:

• Bachs — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare — hosting, storage, and content delivery

Cookies & analytics

Our site is built to work without advertising trackers. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand overall traffic (no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles). Essential cookies or local storage may be used to remember your session on the download page.

Data retention

We keep order and fulfillment records for as long as needed to provide your downloads, honor your lifetime-access purchase, and meet legal or tax requirements (typically up to 7 years for transaction records). Download-event logs are kept for a limited period for dispute resolution, then deleted.

Security

We use industry-standard measures: files are stored privately and served through time-limited, purchase-tied links; connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS); and access to systems is restricted. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach affecting your data as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us. Note that deleting order data removes our ability to re-issue your downloads and honor lifetime access.

Children

Our products are intended for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has purchased from us, contact us and we will delete their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page, with the date above, is the current one. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
